Shipping and Returns Policy

Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Exceptions are cases when the parcel arrived damaged through our fault*.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If the goods are damaged through our fault, you will receive a refund immediately after the confirmation of our error.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@theathypicals.com and send your item to us.

Shipping Policy

To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive your shipment within the time frame advertised, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct. Use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly, we do not take responsibility for incorrect shipping information.

Please allow 1 to 2 days (with the exception of weekends and holidays) to process your order. In peak periods, please allow up to 7 business days to dispatch your order.

Standard shipping time is 1 to 2 weeks from the date that your item is shipped out, not necessarily from the date that the order was placed. Depending on your location, delivery time will vary. So you can get your order much faster.

If you refuse any shipments from The Atypicals, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your refund.

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it. You must address this with your local post office. We do not hold responsibility for packages that state to be delivered.

During COVID-19, delays** are possible. When placing an order, the client agrees with the possibility of the delays and accepts this fact.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Exceptions are cases when the parcel arrived damaged or is not the one you ordered. In this case, you need to attach a video confirmation that the package is damaged immediately after you receive it, and we will cover the costs.

This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from theatypicals.com 

Personal information we collect 
When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. Additionally, as you browse the Site, we collect information about the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and information about how you interact with the Site. We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). Additionally, we use this Order Information to:

- When in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.
